Using OnlyLinks

These Terms govern your access to the OnlyLinks website, accounts, protected links, pages, and related services. By using OnlyLinks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use OnlyLinks for a business or another person, you must have authority to act for them. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, protecting your credentials, and activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

What protection means

OnlyLinks provides link protection, traffic screening, visitor verification, and related publishing and analytics tools. Our technology is designed to help reduce unwanted access and exposure. It cannot identify every automated visit, prevent every security incident, or guarantee that a link, page, or social account will avoid a restriction or ban.

Third-party platforms make their own enforcement decisions. You remain responsible for following their rules and applicable law. OnlyLinks does not authorize prohibited activity or override another service’s terms. Security checks may sometimes block legitimate visitors or allow unwanted traffic.

Your content and publishing

You keep ownership of content you upload, enter, or choose to import. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content, including images, videos, names, and destination links. You give Personaflow LLC a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions.

Saving a private draft does not publish it. Publishing is an explicit action that makes a saved version publicly accessible. Public material may be copied or retained by others, and removing it from OnlyLinks cannot remove copies held elsewhere. You are responsible for the content and destinations you publish and for any privacy notices your own activities require.

Acceptable use

Do not use OnlyLinks for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, harassment, exploitation, or violations of intellectual property or privacy rights. Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not use protection features to conceal unlawful content or facilitate violations of third-party rules.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade account restrictions, or misuse another person’s account or domain. To report harmful or infringing material, email privacy@onlylinks.me with the relevant URL and enough information for us to investigate. We may restrict content or accounts to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions and payments

OnlyLinks offers paid plans. Your checkout shows the price, currency, billing period, included allowances, and any applicable taxes or additional charges. You authorize the charges you approve at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when you subscribe until canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account billing controls. Contact us if you cannot access them. Cancellation stops future renewals; the effective end of access is shown in your billing information. Any refund terms presented at purchase and your mandatory legal rights apply. Contact us about incorrect charges or refund requests.

We will communicate material subscription or price changes before they take effect where required. Third-party purchases, including separately registered domains, are governed by their own providers’ terms.

Our service and third parties

Personaflow LLC and its licensors retain the rights to the OnlyLinks software, technology, and branding. These Terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

OnlyLinks may link to independent websites or let you connect services you choose. Those services have their own terms. We may maintain, update, or change OnlyLinks over time. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available.

Suspension and ending your account

You may stop using the service and contact us to request account closure. Cancel any recurring subscription through billing as well. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, nonpayment, significant security risks, or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent action may be necessary.

When access ends, protected links and published pages may become unavailable. Information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature need to continue, including payment obligations already incurred and provisions about responsibility and disputes, survive termination.

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyLinks is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee particular revenue, reach, traffic, or protection outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Personaflow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits non-waivable consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Law, updates, and contact

Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections available under the laws of your place of residence remain in effect. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
